Product Details
The Qinfeng stamping robot, also named stamping manipulator is a specialized robotic system designed to perform stamping operations in manufacturing. Stamping involves pressing a workpiece into a die to create shapes, cuts or impressions. Traditionally, this process has been labor-intensive and prone to human error. Stamping robots, however, are equipped with sophisticated sensors, actuators, and control systems that enable them to perform these tasks with high accuracy and consistency.

How we work
Provide information
Customer provides requirements along with press information, layout, product information including material, weight and size.
Provide solution
After we get enough information, we will work on it and provide possible solution plans with layout, 3D simulation and etc.
Approval/Modification
If customer is satisfied with solution plan, we can go to next step. If not, please provide suggestions for modifications.
Confirmation
After modifications as per customer’s suggestion, we finally reach agreement on the solution plan.
Production & test
We produce the machines as per confirmed plan. After production, we will test all machines before despatch.
Install and debug
We install and debug the automated stamping line and give necessary training to customer’s staff.
